Tattoo Design Agreement ("Tattoo Ticket")

By purchasing this tattoo ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License for Single Use

  • This tattoo ticket grants you a single-use, non-transferable license to use the purchased design for the sole purpose of having it tattooed on your body by a tattoo artist of your choice.

  • This license is for personal use only and does not extend to any commercial or other uses.

2. Restrictions on Use

  • No Design Modifications: The design provided must be tattooed exactly as received, without alterations, changes, or adjustments. This includes resizing, repositioning of elements, or adding/removing details.

  • No Commercial Use: This tattoo ticket does not grant consent to reproduce, distribute, or use the design for any purpose other than as a reference for tattooing. Examples of prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

    • Merchandise

    • Artwork prints

    • Digital or online reproductions

  • The design may not be shared publicly or used by other tattoo artists without explicit written permission.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide Tattoo Photos: Upon completion of the tattoo, you are required to provide clear, high-resolution photos of the tattooed design. These photos may be used by the original artist for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes (with identifying features cropped or blurred if requested).

  • Respect Original Copyright: The design remains the intellectual property of the original artist, even after purchase. You are purchasing a license to use the design for tattooing, not ownership of the artwork.

4. No Refunds or Returns

  • Once the design has been sent to you, all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital tattoo designs or tattoo tickets.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The original artist is not liable for the execution of the tattoo performed by a different tattoo artist. The outcome of the tattoo depends on the skill and technique of the tattoo artist you select.

  • By purchasing this tattoo ticket, you accept all responsibility for selecting a qualified tattoo artist to execute the design.

6. Agreement to Terms

By checking the box in the Booking Request Form, you confirm that you:

  1. Understand and agree to these terms.

  2. Acknowledge that this ticket is for one-time personal use of the design as described above.

  3. Agree to provide photos of the completed tattoo to the original artist.

  4. Understand that violations of these terms may result in legal action to protect the artist’s intellectual property.
